If you're looking for the previous release of the Server Base OS MP (7/2005), you'll need to go to Microsoft Downloads. You aren't likely to find it in the MOM Management Pack catalog. The only entries there are for the desktop Base OS MP and the R2 version of the Server Base OS MP which has been pulled. This entry will likely be fixed shortly to point to the previous release.
